Preparing food for your dog is very easy and simple. Use organic ingredients as the wholesome vegetables, fruits, grains and seeds will be full of natural aroma which are delicious for nose, mouth and tummy of your dog.

You safe time and energy if you prepare for two meals at a time. The second meal can be kept in the fridge for the next day.

There are a few foods which are harmful foods for dogs. Please check out websites such as Dog Trust and ASPCA on hazardous food for dogs.

They are: Chocolate, fried food, grapes, mushrooms, onions, raisins, nuts, salt, sugar, spices, tomatoes and xylitol.

If your dog suffers from allergies corn, wheat and soya should be avoided.

  • Millet
  • Red lentils
  • 1/4 grated courgette or other greens (chopped up small)
  • Lettuce leaves (finely chopped)
  • Yeast flakes and/or dried sea weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon flax oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid aminos (optional)



  1. Combine millet and red lentils
  2. boil with twice as much water for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Let the broth cool.
  4. Grate 1¼ courgette and add steamed (raw) carrot.
  5. Finely cut lettuce leaves
  6. mix all ingredients well together with the broth.
  7. Sprinkle yeast fakes or dried sea weed over the top.
  8. Add 1½ teaspoons of flax oil and/or liquid aminos.

Use amounts of grain according to size of dog.
